Monthly Membership Plans
Lodge Dental Plan is the membership plan for patients wishing to register at the practice. Avoid dental problems and spread the cost of preventive care with Lodge Dental Plan.
0% finance is also available, please refer to our online calculator to check monthly payment options.
Patients are requested to give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a dental appointment. Dental appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge.
